MILL BROOK PROJECT

This is a wonderful brick ranch on a partial basement. The biggest improvement for this home was the primary bathroom remodel. We sacrificed a window in the living room and pushed the living room wall so that we could fit a large walk in shower and a double vanity. We re-oriented the hall bath tub to go along the back wall of the house.

The kitchen was also re-located and now allows for a coffee bar where the existing sink used to be and expands the foot print of the kitchen drastically.
